Universally? Of course not.
In fact, I'd argue that in many regions private industrial interests are eroding traditional governing apparatuses. Until their emerges a modern form of governance which views the private sector as the "fourth branch" that needs to be kept in check, this trend will continue.

I'm not sure about industrialism itself collapsing, but certainly the political framework (global democratic capitalism) will fall in our lifetime. It is overstressed, barren, and aged. Like anything in this world it has a lifespan, and it will die.

Capitalism is resilient. Governments may fall, one corporation or another may fall, but capitalist will never follow the same path. Industrialisation is part of capitalism. It will also only go forward, unless the world suffers a nuclear holocaust
