One thing to look out for in the West is the imminent workforce crisis. 60% of the people perusing secondary education are female. Of course, a huge number of women have children, meaning they must leave the workforce. This can sometimes be relatively short, as in a few months, but a lot of the time it's several years (especially if they're having multiple children).

This means a huge number of the West's professionals will not be working for large spans of time.
