Less systematic and more accessible than Genealogy of Morals, more straightforward as philosophy than Zarathustra, less frantic and insane than his later works and flat-out better than his early works. If you want to read more after that try out Kaufmann's translation of The Will to Power.

I'm not even a Nietzschean but you gotta recognize that he's been extremely influential and that he's a fantastic stylist, there's no reason to not read him
