Advice for someone too tired to read?

I started psychiatry residency 5 weeks ago and I haven't had much time for reading for leisure. I do read during the day but it's mostly for studying. I try reading at night in bed but am averaging about 5 pages a night before passing out and then waking up at 4am for another day. Any advice or just wait for residency to calm down?
