There's your problem.
Inherent means it's an absolute truth.
Even if you presuppose that there is absolute truth (which isn't necessarily something I believe), you can't truly argue that there is absolute truth of morals/values unless you are coming from a religious starting-point.

>tl;dr- It's a bullshit question because it presupposes an absolute moral truth, which doesn't exist. In short, the answer is no, but that doesn't mean I think man is inherently neutral or bad.
