How did a single book convince so many people even to today, that it is 100% objectively right, with 0 room for debate?

The Bible is literal dogshit and the only reason anyone who claims to tolerate it as a piece of literature is brainwashed.

If we assume God is perfect, which is his writing about as engaging as your average chick-lit? Surely he could reveal his message in an actually worthwhile and engaging way?

I was at a friend's church for bible study the other week.

Long story short, I'm curious if there's any literature on post-denominational Christianity. Just as the wave of 'spirituality' has been installed in the youth who feel anxious about their place in the universe, I'm curious if there is similar literature on Christians who don't feel comfortable with the extraneous belief systems of denominations besides the 'agreed' upon canon.
