Unironically though. From a historical perspective I'd say women have it pretty """"hard"""" right now in the sense that much of how women go through life throughout history has been predicated on devotion to childrearing and protected hobbies that they're encouraged to do. Obviously it's not like women have it as rough as men have it with respect to themselves, but certainly with respect to women throughout history modern women have it bad. Nothing has changed about their biology and yet women have been ripped out of their traditional roles and thrown into basically the role of men.

Seriously. Give me one problem women have that couldn't be simply explained by "We've turned women into men that have holes you can fuck". Imagine we created a society full of about 50% men who would, if you convinced them, share a large quantity of their money with you and do so happily. This fact is going to color every conversation you have with them, everything they do. It will be impossible for them to work alongside other men without at least one of thm thinking "Maybe I can convince that guy to share his money with me". Once upon a time we had systems that could help prevent this through public and heavily enforced monogamy, and then we annihilated them for funsies so we're stuck in the situation we're in now.

If you just mean "Don't tap it before they graduate HS" that makes sense to me, but if you mean that literally I'd suggest amending it to include "Women who conceivably could live away from their parents with a stable income". I.e., if you're mature and stable and could cook but don't have a job, there's no reason not to go for it.
