that graph is misleading, most of the IQ test used here are from teens and children, and women mature faster. when only looking at adult men and women, the result are much different

That chart is a bit misleading. This article gives a more accurate one. Also, take IQ measurements with a grain of salt since they have been manipulated to be more egalitarian. For example they got rid of questions that pertain to spatial intelligence on IQ and SAT tests because men did significantly better.
