Changing takes effort, and effort takes some level of both dedication and discipline. Asking for help, because you realize you need change, is positive, though.

Prove to yourself that you have what it takes, and I promise you, you do. Go to be before eleven every night; get up at 7 every morning, and make your bed as soon as you get out of it; take a 2 mile walk after dinner every day; and stop eating and drinking sweets. Keep that up for a calendar month and you'll see you can do whatever you put your mind to. Lost time is lost time and no amount of wishful thinking will change that. Moaning about makes you lose it twice, though. Take charge, because the truth is, you were always in charge.
