My cousin is an archaeologist working on a site in Olympia at the moment. He’s told me they just unearthed a bunch of writings mostly intact. Among them are plays suspected to be from Sophocles, Aeschylus and Herondas that have never been seen

Hey /wg/, I posted my work a couple months ago and you guys told me to go read some books. Well, I did, and I read 24 books to be exact and am on #25 as of writing this post. This morning I was in a mood to write like I just had this idea in my head and had to get it on paper. Anyway I just wanted to show you guys the progress I've made in writing. I know it's not perfect but I hope I'm improving. Tell me what you think.

I think my Everyman’s Library edition kick is back. I just spent almost $200 on some EL’s that I already own in paperback form

I like reading about Ulysses and Finnegans Wake more than actually reading those James Joyce books. I appreciate the creativity, structure, and skill Joyce brings, but reading him is often painful to me. I like reading analyses and interpretations of those books though

If you could have written one book already in existence, what would it be? Why?

I just got my book in the mail of an author’s selected poem, but it is one of the new ugly Penguins despite the picture being of the orange and black one. I’m about to order the complete poems of the author even though it is more expensive and 5x longer just because I know it is the older Penguin. Is this autism or OCD?
