Look at these subhumans. It'd be so simple for them to just toss their trash into a dumpster, or even a confined area, but they're content with having their garbage scattered all over the place. They lack the mental faculties necessary to be capable of or even care to keep a simple dirt road clean. Think about the type of creature that functions at such a low state of consciousness to whom there's no meaningful difference between a clean and unobstructed road and a road with gigantic piles of garbage on it.

It makes sense when you realize that these 'people' wouldn't be able to produce roads, or even the garbage they scattered throughout, on their own. They're so low on the evolutionary hierarchy that they literally needed to outsource the ability to produce the basic garbage they neglectfully scattered throughout their integral infrastructure. They then proceed to go about their lives as though a blanket of garbage like that is perfectly acceptable, like animals rolling around in their own feces.

Think about that for a minute. This is what the negro devolves to without the white-man funding public clean up services for them.
