>Yes
So it is not Orthodox then. I'm glad you agree.

>While this makes it clear how the procession is certainly through the Son
Correct. But you fail to make a distinction between hypostatic procession and energetic procession (which is also eternal, not necessarily temporal). Nobody in Orthodoxy argues against St. John of Damascus on this matter.
>In other words, the Son plays an intrinsic causal role in the production of the Spirit.
False. St. John of Damascus does not teach this. The Son's role is in the manifestation of the Holy Spirit from the Father, not of the Holy Spirit's spiration as hypostasis. You cannot collapse these distinctions in Orthodoxy. The Roman filioque error is precisely in not recognizing that there is a distinction here.
>This is the same as what Latin theology say
Correct, Orthodox Latin theology (St. Augustine) also teaches eternal energetic procession. But this is not the same as hypostatic procession which the Roman schismatic church teaches.

>the transcendent Creator of all things who exists outside of the universe, not undergoing change, and not constrained by anything somehow entering into the temporal universe, becoming flesh, and being constrained by a human body is not made logical by the fact that music plays on a radio.
since we're on the /lit/ board, just read Confessions.
you sound exactly like an early heretic/cultist who is too prideful to admit that the omnipotent God has the power to incarnate as fully human without limiting himself and that matter is not evil.
