I have a problem.

I met a fantastic writer, and after a year or so we decided to write a book together. We've written 50 pages, swapping every few paragraph for who writes. We both keep our own documents, but we've established that his is the official one. Well...

I suggested we move it to google docs so we can both access the same document and not have to have two. He added his document and I looked through it, and he's changed tons of my parts! He edits the fuck out of them, changes the syntax and dialogue and all sorts of things.

Honestly, he makes it better most of the time. He's a fantastic writer, but some of the things I did a certain way on purpose. I don't agree with everything he does, especially changes to my dialogue.

What should I do? Stay silent because its good, or speak up about taking it easy? I mean, I'm fine if he wants to edit them but it gets to be irritating when even my dialogue is changed around too.

Hey /lit/, I haven't been here in a while...
So I'm trying to find inspiration to write a second novel. I completed one last year and I want to write something new [not a sequel].

I have a lot of concepts but can't settle, and I feel like it's been getting worse, as if I'm in this cloud. It's come to a point that nothing I usually do online is fun anymore because I crave writing so badly. Does anyone else get weird feelings when they struggle to write?

I'm the type who needs to write an outline before I begin the novel, and I have been having so much trouble settling on something...
