I liked it when i was 14, i only hear about it on /lit/ in fantasy discussions when it gets bought up how kvothe is a cuck and when if ever the third book is ever going to get released. I remember jacking off like 3 times when i was reading the second book when the marshal arts instructor milf fucks kvothe, so if you like good world building and look past some bad writing here and there go for it.

As an attractive person i feel certain bullying and feeling left out aren't things you experience which in interactions at school and with family affect so much of your behavior, so i believe it does play an important role in the development of personalities.

Garnett is more flowing and faster to read but accuracy can be bad so i read revised editions though sometimes it feels like im reading a frankenstein version of a great book

P&V are more literal and closer to the original most of the time but i heard Pevear can pick words that don't fit for some peoples taste

I cant wait for the day when we merge with machines to be able to learn languages at the drop of a hat and read all the great works of literature as they were intended to be read
