The best option is for you to learn Hebrew and Ancient Greek. But if you don't want to, here's a guide that may be of use. I would still recommend the Revised Standard Version (RSV).

Also, I've seen people recommend David Bentley Hart's translation of the New Testament and Robert Alter's translation of the Hebrew Bible. But I haven't read them so cannot provide commentary on it.
