Traditionally, races have only gotten along for one reason...because one race found the females of the other race attractive.
That's why America and Japan got along so quickly after WWII...because Japanese girls are adorable.
It's also my understanding that Japanese men think American women are hot.
Those are the sorts of ties that bind.
