Yes, but Ted did both, as Mishima did. They didn't just LARP about what they read and wrote, they lived it. That takes a unique kind of person that these times produce in fewer numbers every generation.

What are some great books or some great philosophers who espouse a lone wolf, create your own world and morality type mindset/philosophy?
