This book is not good. The concept of "passive income" is kinda galaxy brained in isolation. But in practice its far more complicated than the book would like your to beleive. No one is running a real estate empire and sipping margarita's on the beach, that shit is hard work. And really when it comes to other modes of investing yes the money is working for you but really what are the gains year to year? Someone has to put in work at some point. People really pick up this book and focus on getting money for free rather than the huge asterisks that you have to have/make money in the first place.

DESU I would rather recommend FIRE nonsense just to keep readers from falling RDPD thinking.
