About 8 years ago, I sent Cormac McCarthy a book of fanart because I thought he might pass away and I wanted to send him something. It seemed like a good idea at that time. It was fun so I lost all reservation and spilled my heart and soul into it. These days, I can't keep a straight face while looking at it. It's too fucking hilarious.

The emotional fanletter, clustered formatting, the animeish art, and that embarrassing song lyric plastered next to a picture I sprinkled with a Photoshop snow effect. Pic related.

I write and work on my own comics now but I am procrastinating on my own shit, so I decided to repost some of the pictures from the book I sent corncob and draw some new sketches while the thread exists. I plan on making a memorial piece for corncob someday.
