What you are seeking is Ayn Rand friend. She pretty much is the exemplar of metacapitalism. Most philosophers that engage with capitalism, even ones who in favor of it, wax apologist in some form or another to redistributive and interventionist positions. Rand is the only one who does so it in a Laissez Faire context in a fully integrated system all the way down. A minimalist metaphysics, a revolutionary contextuality-stressing epistemology, an ego-extolling but non-whim worshiping ethics, a minarchist Laissez Faire politics, and an objective scientifically-treated aesthetics.
