Are you kidding?

Have you ever had an idea for a story but then found yourself unable to write it? I'm running into that problem now. I like my idea a lot but when I sit down to write it, I get nothing done. What do you usually do when you get blocked? I've tried going out and trying not to focus on it but it's not helping. I've tried just writing to get a good flow going, but when I go back to my idea I just stop.

I have a tendency to ignore society’s standards when it comes to relationships. (When I’m drunk, I don’t care if a guy has a girlfriend, and I am attracted to older men in general, so they are usually married). I guess I’m looking for books to improve my morals in this area. I’ve read Anna Karenina and Lolita.
