Yesterday my mother was regaling us with a tale from Facebook about a woman in Philadelphia who was held hostage in her car by 3 armed masked men with knives. She claims they demanded to see her ID and asked if she was Jewish, while insisting if she was they would cut her throat then and there. Apparently anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism are a real problem right now. She yelled at me when I suggested most hate crimes are fake. Today it turns out the woman in the car completely made this up and is in trouble for filing a false police report. My mother insists the principle of the matter stands and something must be done.

Always beware and never fall for it, friends. Consider yourselves warned.
