What outlining tool(s) do you use and why? Do you use picture related, or would you recommend something else?

I am having trouble organizing all my notes for National Novel Writing Month this November, what program or programs should I use to help me write my fantasy story and complete the challenge, keeping everything from the plot and characters to the magic and maps, and all the other little details in my worldbuilding, straight? What about advice on using said programs?

I have heard that picture related is good, but is buying it worth it, particularly the Worldbuilding Pack? What about Scrivener, Notion, Cherrytree, OneNote, etc.? I’ve heard that World Anvil isn’t worth paying for, would you agree?

Also, does anyone have any tips or advice for trying to complete the challenge this November? I have tried before but I haven’t managed to come even close to completing it.
