It's the Complete Works of William Shakespeare and the publisher is Nelson Doubleday. I'm not educated enough on Shakespeare to tell you how it compares to other collections, but each play is introduced by the writings of Professor Edward Dowden, and it has deckled edges which is a nice touch.
