I did, but that is what gets to me.
It is so unnecesaary, all of it.
I don't want to seclude myself away to some concrete bunker to enjoy my small delights.

Ironically enough, the library is closed.
And there is not enough secluded sitting space there for me to enjoy a book, constant announcements, people shuffling about, the air conditioning blasting noise...
I have to either go to a tiny coffee shop and essentially pay an admission fee or travel to the far end of the city to find a nice quiet park bench, but then I'm accosted by drug dealers and cops (both of these have happened multiple times).
I just want to enjoy that one place of mine in peace. Funnily enough I was at the riverside just now, I have to go there at the evening to enjoy it in peace, brought myself a six-pack and just sat there drinking, smoking cigarettes and thinking.
Carved myself a friend as well.
