Has this ever happened to you?

When you're sitting at a table with other people (students or coworkers) and either socialising or having dinner or lunch and you usually sit alone and you were only invited by one of the group out of obligation due to some event (like the fact that they're rarely in the same place and don't normally see your total loserdom) and the women at the table are visibly uncomfortable with your presence and ignore you and you feel so disgusted by yourself for being an ugly beta.

And then you think to yourself how you're the most beta loser at the table and everybody is a bit disgusted by you, especially the women. And then the meal ends and you go back to being a loser.

Have you had the thing where every single person on the table is in a chat with their neighbour and you just sit there, not knowing whether to nod along to a conversation you're not part of, then look at your phone and go to sip your drink but you've already drank it, and every second lasts an hour?

Have you noticed that some women that are 6 or 6.5/10 seemed really fucking terrified around you, and you immediately realise it's because they think you may be deluded enough to try to flirt with them or be friendly and they likely cannot bear the thought of being pulled down in to your social quagmire?
