So i quit smoking a week or two before December and my writing has suffered for it. I have writers block. I used to write notes / prompts on fag breaks and though ive stopped and increased my coffee intake I am struggling to write anything beyond two lines when I sit down to write.

Is smoking beneficial for the mind at all? Any advice?
