klingsor and parsifal in wagner's parsifal

klingsor wasn't admitted to the grail castle because he was a coomer. so he cut of his balls, but they still wouldn't accept him. he swore revenge, went into the desert and created a counterworld.

in parsifal and klingsor two types of coomers confront each other, the one who seeks to be rid of his cooming by killing his instinct, thus destroying a part of his personality, the other who overcomes cooming by overcoming himself but in so doing rescues his personality, his entire ego.
