I'm reading this series for the lulz purely at this point.

Finished Book 2 of Mage Errant (Jewel of the Endless Erg). Had a good time with an easy read and enjoyed the story especially once it began picking up. Don't care so much for the obligatory MC-gets-into-a-relationship nor did I care much for one of the side characters being shoehorned into a gay relationship at the end. I'm hoping Book 3 gets a FUCKING EDITOR because this series has been full of so many sloppy mistakes that it is astounding. I also not looking forward to Book 3 as much considering it seems that it'll be full of politics.
I'll probably spend a little more time in Confessions of a Crap Artist before starting Book 3.

I'm some length into The Crimson Vault. Simon and Valin's (first, probably) fight just ended and I don't remember what else. I'm hoping there's some scene where Leah tries to act tough to show (a possibly disbelieving? idk) Simon who she really is/her strength and Simon just ambivalently teleports behind her and cuts that shit out.
I like it so far. I realized this was spammed hard at me some months back and am not sure how to feel.
