As someone who actively tries not to practise racism, I read into Liu's civilisations as in pic.

I'm a bit of a world-building/map nerd, but I find the idea of dividing the world into three like this very interesting. The most obvious anomalies are Mid-East/North Africa, and Australia.
As an aside, I found Palmer's decentralised world of Terra Incognata fascinating, with something like New Zealand being in the EU making so much sense, even though it's geographically distinct.
