If anon's mother is still fertile, which is very likely as the mentally stunted are birthed by low income households during puberty, and he produces a daughter, I am more than certain he would change his opinion on father/daughter and brother/sister to accommodate his newfound access. And then Grandfather/grandchild as the inevitable happens.
