this question may be silly(it also may not be silly)but does doing a quick,short,intense workout before sitting down to write meaningfully affect creativity or style,considering endogenous morphines released in the brain?

I already read The Physical Phenomena Of Mysticism, bull of a man, religion and the body,asceticism in early taoist religion.
I want books dealing with the phsyical transformations of ascetics and saints;fasting,sleep avoidance, etc

Maybe materialization, OBEs,and similar paranormal phenomena, specially if the book gathers info from different religions.
