The book warns against the rise of the nonwhite races and their economies and tells whites to end then before it was too late.
The book was written in 1920 and there was plenty of time for whites to read it and then nuke all the nonwhites as soon as the nukes were created.

So what happened? Why didn't it happen?
The exact things the book was warning about happened, Japan, Korea and the gulf arabs became rich and developed, while all the other nonwhites either became second world economies or got access to nukes. Now it's not possible to genocide them
