Tolkien said "cellar door" was the most beautiful phrase in existence, if you could separate the phonetics/aesthetics from the literal definition. Selidor does sound like an Elven name or province.

So, is "cellar door" really the most beautiful phrase in existence? What are some other beautiful words?
