Fuck, this guy is boring. They promote him as this big groundbreaking sci-fi author, who is an asshole that is rude to everyone, but he mainly writes feuilletons and autobiography instead. All of it in shitty, overintellectualized, moralizing, pretentious prose by all-knowing author. Only a few okay stories from tens I've read were: The Whimper of Whipped Dogs, Mom, I Have No Mouth, And I Must Scream (which even video game is better than this)
All of his peers were right telling him he was a shit writer and should focus on something else

Only read "I have no mouth, and I must onions" which was okay. Very interesting concept, but didn't like the execution. A game did it better IMO. Are his other works better?
