For anons that want to keep the French parts, just pick the Maude translation with the revised version from Mandelker (Oxford University Press). It has all the footnotes for you, as well, some revision to the text. Very accurate to Tolstoy's text, likewise.
If you want just the translation alone (no footnotes, French text translated) and accuracy to the Russian expressions: choose Dunnigan.
