Pakastani culture disgusts me and offers nothing of value once you trudge through it's endless shit. Just witnessing the accelerating effect of 21st century technology, poverty and endless growth on top of a deeply historically rich land is alone interestingly enough to visit cairo. I can't wait to see the city 20 years in the future, an overgrown dustbowl with 4000 year old monuments seen between the glass and concrete towers dotting the landscape. The perfect blend between old(really old not 500 year old European city old) and the future. Rome could come close to this if the gentrification wasn't so bad
