Ruby Sparks.

It's about a writer who experiences "tfw no gf" and decides to write a story about a perfect gf. She magically comes to life one day and shenanigans ensue.

The story isn't finished when she appears so whatever he writes in his typewriter affects her directly, he can change her personality and abilities and make her do anything he wants. It's kind of creepy at the end.
