I think the regimes that replace globohomo will have the tools needed to recover from the climate crisis. There's been some interesting science and technology work going on in the background of all this sociopolitical stuff, much of it related to energy and climate management. I'm not nearly as pessmistic about climate change as I was even a few years ago. Solutions have presented themselves.

My plan for the future of energy:

1. Hold a convention for Green Party members from all around the world
2. Encourage every single member of a Green Party, in every country, to attend
3. Once they're all inside, lock the doors and flood the building with poison gas
4. Once they're all dead, initiate a massive buildout of nuclear power plants while also increasing research into nuclear fusion, particularly materials science

This thread has more posts, so I'll put my work in here. I've been experimenting with format lately, or at least working in ways that I don't normally work.
