I'd be interested in it if the author was actually mentally challenged rather than some shithead trying to be edgy (unless he actually is, but the comments suggest otherwise I guess)
Mental care facilities are horrible places and there really needs to be more fiction about them beyond One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest but this isn't going to be it.
nobody needs a book that says "The Rage Novel just went Full Retard by world’s first Special Needs Author."

I think if I wrote an erotic novel, it would be about a group of dickgirls who try to live their lives as normal suburban teenagers (sort of like Sweet Valley High with dickgirls). There would be the cheerleader, the nerdy one, the ethnic one, the bitch and the dyke. They'd try to live incognito while still being the popular kids at school but eventually they are outed for being freaks and hunted down in the woods for sport by Charles Bronson, Jake Busey, Robert De Niro and Joe Mantegna. Maybe Jason Statham too. These would not be characters modeled after the actors, they would actually be the actors coming together to bond over hunting.

They would all die one by one. None of that heroic cleverness on the part of any of the girls. The last half of the book would be nothing but descriptions of the girls being hunted and slaughtered. It would end with the boys all sharing cups of cocoa by the fire in their hunting cabin.
