I'm feeling nostalgic for Old Star Wars and would like to ingest some new material instead of once again rewatching the movies and replaying the games I grew up. But I remembered there's still a shitton of SW books out there and I'm wondering if they're worth reading since I heard they're a really mixed bag. I'm interested in the continuation of Luke's story in particular, plus some Chewie stories if he ever got any.

Thought i should probably ask here first instead of making a thread.
I like star wars, and i heard this guy is good. Should i read these books, some of his books unrelated to star wars, or the new Thrawn books?

Worth reading even if you're not really a fan of Star Wars?
