For me, it's the Book of Mormon. The consistent theme of redemption inspired me to wash by ballsack and start talking to people my age again.

Is this a fun read? I’m a sucker for wacky theology.

Is this a fun read if you approach it as fiction, and not an actual religious/historical text? From what I've heard its really mental. I'm also sort of interested in Mormon culture/history so this seems like a neat starting point

How does anybody believe in Mormonism or Scientology? They are just as obviously untrue as the ancient Egyptian or Greek gods, unlike mainstream Abrahamic faiths or Buddhism which have plausible bases for them.
