that's fucking awesome, the few teachers from high school who really cared and connected with me i will never forget. one teacher i had played us this is water at the end of our junior year and even though it's a normie viral thing now it blew my mind when i was younger.

the book store nearby my college is so big it's split into 4 different stores within the same mile. virtually unlimited selection, each location has multiple buildings. also one of those ones with extremely smart quiet staff and free coffee and snacks. i spent so many hours just reading on their sofas, drinking coffee and building my stack. truly a legendary place, i'm sad to be leaving it for a city. shoutout the book barn in niantic, ct.
anyone know if chicago's book store scene is expensive new books like everywhere else?
