I just finished an amazing book.

- It's about a boy who goes to a school to learn magic.
- He's an orphan. His parents were killed by a dark sorcerer of notable renown.
- Nonetheless, he is able to make his way to school.
- He makes an enemy of a rich kid, who tries to make his life a living hell.
- He also pisses of a professor, as if he didn't need more trouble.
- Still, he makes a bunch of friends and manages to make his way through the first year.
- One of the professors though takes a liking to him and will serve to guide him in his studies.

Seriously, everyone should go read The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss.

Pic unrelated.
