I just finished Flatland: A Romance of Many Dimensions a few minutes ago. For people with a basic understanding of mathematics it's not really mind bending, at least not in this day and age, but it's a great read nevertheless.

Just finished this book, and fuck, does my head hurt.
Is Sphereland this thought provoking?
Hell, is any other book this thought provoking?

Hello /lit/, a while ago I read the book Flatland: A Romance of many Dimensions and I absolutely loved it, but since then I haven't been able to find a book like it, by this I mean a book that talks about mathematical and scientific theories in a literate way like what Edwin A. Abbott does

Hello /lit/

Do you know about the book flatland? Have you read it? If you have read it, what did you think of it?

I've only read about it and it seems pretty cool, i am thinking about buying it.
