Again with the pathologization. Why can't I just call you a weakling who can't stare the darkness in the face? What about someone who seeks these things out to shock him out of his stupor? What is wrong with getting fucking mad?

Don't give me the immersion in art and beauty stuff, this thread wouldn't exist if I hadn't already done that.

I used to mindlessly tear leaves off plants, once when I was a kid I killed a caterpillar for fun, and I feel terrible about it now. There's something evil, wrong, demonic, in torturing a living thing that isn't bothering you for kicks. Now the thought disgusts me.
