Why do people hate American lit? I think Americans have written some of the best books.

>I'm saying YOU, here and now, don't think of me as human.
I just don't think you share my racial interests at all and that you belong to a hostile racial group, this doesn't make you non-human. Why are you so surprised about me taking the racial position of an European when you clearly take the position of a negroid-something-mutt? I simply do what blacks have always done, some of what jews have always done.
>>14987207
I have no hate, but also no illusions. I'm simply being realistic. Jews are the primary enemy of Europeans.

What books should I read to stop hating women? Or alternatively, what should I read to eliminate my sexual desire for women? I think if I had no desire for them I would not hate them -- rather I probably would not think of them much at all. I'd just like to view and interact with them as normal humans with no sexual aspect to torment me; my hatred of them is getting in the way of dealing with my depression and other spiritual issues.

Why are there so many fascists, reactionaries, racists, homophobes, antisemites, mysoginists, etc on here? Not even memeing it's really weird. Why do people here indulge in too much ideology and why are they so resentful?

Are there any books that explain why women are nice, smell good, and give soft hugs?

No I didn't get it, you're right about that. Went right over my head. But it was still a fun read.
Yoga is fun too.
>>13981501
Thanks, I get that a lot.

That could be another name for it. Meta is just a cooler word though. Meta means self-referential. It's Metaism because you have to create your own philosophy.
>>13981521
But yet that in itself is a system of philosophy. Isn't it? To hold the believe that philosophy is useless is to still utilize a philosophy. Philosophy is too wide to get around, to high to get over, and there isn't even a door. Any belief is a philosophy. Any disbelieve if a philosophy.

Takes longer to read, and the information doesn't get absorbed as much. Unless it's poetry or very reliant on the sound as >>13761062 pointed out, then you're wasting time on seeing and hearing the words instead of sensing and feeling the meaning of the word.
For instance, people familiar with arithmetic might see 2 x 4 and instinctively see and feel 8.
That takes some small practice with the times tables. It's the same with reading words. Try to look at a word and instinctively feel the meaning behind it. It's alright if you say it in your head, but try to, as quickly as you can, translate the words into the sensations they represent. The goal is to feel them as much as you hear them inside your head. Or even better, just not hearing them at all.

This thread is for all the souls out there who have no trouble studying all day, in fact want to do nothing but, yet are seemingly incapable of performing the most mundane tasks necessary for survival. Share anecdotes, tips, life advice etc.

I will start:

Until recently I washed all my dishes in the shower, because I would otherwise forget to do it, and they would accumulate in the sink. But this got quite time intensive and annoying too, so what I did is that I took all my plates and such, and just threw them out, except for like 4 plates I store away for visitors. I got myself a huge wooden bowl from Amazon and now all my food I just throw in there. Huge time saver and I am forced to just clean it after eating
