I know English, German and Russian
I read very poorly in the latter, but currently carefully trying to feel my way up to more complex stuff.
If I want to read something in a language I don't know, I usually gravitate towards the German translation, simply because I currently read way more English authors than German ones, so I aim to keep some balance in the languages I consume not to mention how impossible this is, considering how English is dominant in most other media and the internet
