I wonder what a future where the Fascists didn't give concessions to the conservatives would look like.

If you really want to get technical of which class the Fascists were, they were of the Soldier class. A historical class that could really only exist in early 20th century Italy at the time, but Fascists themselves found support from a wide range of different classes.
There were many reasons to support Fascists, namely being that they promised stability, which is perhaps the most important thing to the average person. Most people didn't want a Bolshevik style civil war to happen in Italy.

Fascism recognizes classes, indeed a multiplicity of classes. Fascist understanding of class comes through Sorel's interpretation in that they reject a future where society would be reduced to only two different classes "worker and bourgeoisie" leading to an inevitable socialist revolution. This was the crisis of Marxism in the late 19th century.

Without an understanding of Italian History and Marx and his revisionists it is impossible to understand the phenomena of Italian Fascism.

Anybody who is politically active can be interpreted as a Fascist trying to create their "Idealist State." Even if you're a commie you're just using the power of idealism to create a politically materialist state.
