Some years ago I came across a post on reddit. The user had found a book in a hotel or something. The book talked about killing off sections of the population because of rampant environmental destruction, but that we should start off with people with 1,000,000 dollars or more to make it "fairer". Someone also found the book on an etsy shop but the book on the shop was quickly taken down.

I remember the name of the book too: "What Have We Become?". But even searching this in reddit brings up zilch, so maybe it isn't the name. But its close.

The user posted more content from the book through imgur pictures but I forget what they were or what was said. I assume there has to be more copies of the book somewhere in the world or somewhere on the internet.
